how it works

We first start by getting to know all the details of the position you are trying to fill in. We will put a profile together in regards to the position's roles and responsibilities and the different skills needed. 

In no more than 10 days, we will identify 2-3 best candidates that match your position's profile. We wills end you their resumes and an introductory video of themselves. Once you have chosen the individual you like, we will move forward with the hiring process. 

In the first month, the chosen individual will go through all online training that is needed by your company. This first month will be of free charge for the employer. 

After the completion of the training, the individual will sign a workers agreement with Meso Staffing and will be online during your desired hours for hour. At the end of every month, you will pay Meso Staffing for the individual's services, and we in return take care of paying him in Iraq.
